I have received an order confirmation. Has my credit card been charged?

When we receive your request to purchase tickets, we will pre-authorize your credit card for the amount of the purchase. The charge will not be processed until the seller confirms your order.

In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled by the seller, your payment will be canceled. However, it may take 3-5 business days for the hold on the funds to be lifted by your financial institution.
